The smoker takes center stage at Smōk, a local, independently owned barbecue joint where laid-back vibes meet the exacting culinary standards of Chef Bill Espiricueta. Pig out on piles of smoked items, from ribs, wings, and brisket to homemade sausage, Southern-inspired sides, and their famed Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. True to its down-home roots, Smōk is a first-come, first-served counter service establishment. No reservations are taken.
