Great Staff & Management!!

From the very first day I booked to the day I checked out, the service was absolutely amazing!

When I called to make my reservation, Tania was incredibly helpful and gave such great recommendations. I told her exactly what I was looking for, and she perfectly accommodated me with a beautiful suite. It was worth every penny!

When we arrived, Yeimi checked us in and was so warm and welcoming. When we originally arrived, our room wasn’t quite ready since we arrived very early, which we completely understood. But within the hour, Yeimi personally called to let us know our room was ready, earlier than the standard check-in time! When we walked in, there was a special amenity waiting for us, welcoming us to the property and congratulating me on my job promotion (which I had casually mentioned at check-in). That thoughtful touch meant so much to me. The fact that she remembered made it even more special, it was absolutely worth the wait!

At checkout, Tania assisted us again and made sure our $15 credit was applied to the room, which we really appreciated.

The only thing I wish they offered was breakfast in the morning. It would be so convenient to have an option right on the property so you wouldn’t need to drive anywhere to start your day. That said, it definitely didn’t take away from our wonderful experience!

I almost never leave reviews; usually, my husband does, but this experience truly made me excited to share. I will absolutely be recommending this place to everyone!

Exceptional service and hospitality

The bed is very comfortable and the staff is awesome especially Jasmine as the front desk. The towels are very fluffy and the pool towels are large. The hot tub on the rooftop felt great and great sunset views. This hotel is unique with great views and you even have a garage door in your room to let in the fresh air. Defiantly worth checking out with plenty amenities and close to everything.

We arrived a day early, for a concert the following night. There were plenty of restaurants and places to get an adult beverage. We really enjoyed the aesthetics of the hotel itself, but the employees were kind and helpful. Although we did venture out, there are plenty of things to do at the hotel for couples. Parking was a breeze and our vehicle never left the garage. As it was easy to Uber around. The concert venue was close which made it easy for us to get to and from the hotel. Our room was clean and efficient. Very comfortable with views of the Rockies. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thanks for the great stay!! – Expedia Traveler

Very cute hotel! Nicole K. is the night attendant and was able to quickly help change rooms in the middle of the night. She was extremely kind and helpful which was exactly what I needed in that moment. I am so grateful.

in the hotel and next door are excellent- safta has been a favorite of ours for years. the lobby area is great for meeting up with friends or catching up on work.
