At Temaki Den, we believe there are two keys to great sushi: fresh, perfectly cooked shari (vinegar rice) and high-quality neta (fish, ingredients). After all, that’s what traditional sushi is made of. Chef Toshi Kizaki’s uncompromising pursuit of perfection ( kodawari) has distinguished his restaurants (Sushi Den, Izakaya Den, OTOTO) as some of the best in the U.S. Using this expertise, he created Temaki Den – a no-frills hand roll and aburi sushi bar.
